They look like the HD rear drums that my 70 super bee had. 11 x 2.5 rear and 11 x 3 front I believe.
 
Have you measured the diameter? Might be 11” but I didn’t think 11” had self adjusters. Possibly there were a few exceptions or they were adapted to them.
 
Thanks for all the input guys I just need a set of rear brakes that will work on my 64 i'm going to change out the wheel cylinders to 15/16 bore these shoes do not engage drums do measure 11 inch.Any help is very welcome Thanks Again.
 
Do they not work at all? Do they move with the drum off is someone pushes the brake pedal?

No sense in changing anything until you confirm a few things.

Hope the wheel cylinders are the problem. Good luck and report back if that fixes the issue.

Starting in 1970 they did. Prior, at least according to the FSM, they didn't.
I'm just now upgrading all my 11" stuff to the later self-adjusters.
