You just saved yourself a few broken motor mounts to be.....
 
Inspiration! Here's what I whipped up for 15 bucks. Grade 8 rod and a female rod end. Hardware and bushings I had laying around. You can see the difference immediately just as it idles.

Make sure the swivel end has no chance of making contact with the block. It's really tight there. I was going to use shock absorber rubbers and washers at the bottom.

They make a difference and your mount is insured.

Good point - took me a while to find one that had a smallish diameter. Then I stood it off with a few washers, so the face doesn't contact the block. plenty of clearance.
