Okay, this is in my 1967 Dodge Charger. I'm converting from drums to discs in front, and I removed the brake booster, because I would rather not have one. The new/rebuilt master cylinder does not line up with the holes in the firewall, and it looks like there is a plate on the firewall. Do I need to fabricate an adapter plate?
Thanks!
Wes

sounds like you got the wrong m/c. all 4 bolts should line up with existing holes. the plate on the firewall is reinforcement.

Thanks for your response. I was told that I need to get a plate from a '66 - '68 B-body with manual brakes, which I've ordered from Ebay.
Thanks again!
Wes
