Hi all
After a long journey originating last December in Manhattan Beach, LA, my car was shipped via Auckland and landed here in Melbourne. After clearing customs and quarantine on Friday, I finally took delivery of my Petty Blue '72 318ci Satellite Sebring!!
She fired up first turn of the key and I drove her the 100 odd miles to my brothers resto workshop where the old girl will get some TLC before gracing the local sunny streets. Not having driven a Mopar in over 15 years, I was surprised at how well she handled. I only had 24 hours with the car before I had to return home, but we got a little done in that time.
In LA:
Just off the boat here in Melbourne:
Underhood:
Inside:
It feels great to have another project after many years of only using metric spanners.....looking forward to getting my hands dirty.
Cheers,
Mr G
