My '69 Road Runner projectst

My dad, bro and I have just bought a 69 runner 383ci with the 4 speed, it's a family business as you can see . We have already done a little restoration on a ford ranchero 1973. The next step, for us,will be a complete restoration of the RR. It's not really the same car so we might need your help on this one :icon_thumright:.

Where do I start ? ^^
It seems pretty nice but it really needs a bit of bodywork. The rear quarter need to be changed, the trunk floor too and maybe more :icon_rolleyes:. And the dashboard instrument doesn't work at all.
Moreover we would like to improve this car :tongue3:. But now we could ride this car for sure ;)
