My rear end has a heartbeat

Could be a tire with separated cords. Sometimes you'll see a wavy tread pattern when it happens.

New tyres. Today i'll swap the fronts to the rear

If you have a tread sep on the front, you might feel a jerk in the steering wheel, each revolution. Been there, had that.

Swapped the front wheels to the rear today, still the same no change

You have a broken tooth in the ring gear, I have heard that sound a few times.
