Mystery connector.

I've posted a pic of a electrical connector in my 66 charger, It's right by the 3 relays for the headlights. Nothing was connected to it. Does anyone know what it's for?

A good friend has a 66 - I'm trying to remember what's oner there. The 12 to 200 volt power pack for the electroluminescent dash and the tach amplifier maybe?
