Need advice from someone who knows..

I have a 1974 Plymouth Road Runner. The trunk panel has rusted through in a few spots. I have done some searching and can find the full panel but only up to 73. Never any trunk panels or partials panels. Can the panel for a 73 be used? They look the same to me, but I could very easily be not seeing something as body work is not my thing. Anybody else crossed this bridge already? Thanks guys.

The majority of the trunk floor is the same between 73 and 74. The main difference is in 74, they added a big hump to the floor to clear the gas tank vent hump that was added for 74.
