Hey Justin, I'm pretty sure the nuts are gone (on the car that is, lol) but I'm at work now so will have to check tonight.
Just checked and the nuts are still there, except one which the stem is still in the bolt but the top was cut flush. What's the best way to get it out without destroying the bolt?
Thanks Mark! Then the entire piece is painted Satin Black, correct?
Was looking at the Parts Catalog for the bolt size but can't see to find any info, unless I'm not looking in the correct section. I would think they would say in the diagram what size bolt you need.
As I also need the front Bumper Guard Bolts & Washers, all they say is Bolt / Washer but no sizes.
Where is this info located?

Yes, those are the ones.
The hardware for the bumper guard to be attached to the bumper is just common 3/8" course thread nuts, washers & lock washers.....available at any hardware store. The bumper guard bolts on the bottom (through the valance) are also 3/8", but they have a larger than normal captive washer. Of course any ordinary 3/8" bolt will do with a large washer.
If you choose to get the correct hardware, you can get just about everything here....

Talk to Tom & tell them that his "favorite elevator guy" referred you.
