Need help decoding Certicard

Need help on 2nd line 3rd 4th & 5th position (P4Y=citron vinyl) (SSI=soft yellow paint) T5 SA I207

the last position is I207 not 1207 are they the same ???

Yes, 1207 is the same as 1207.

it's the letter I 207 not the number1 207

It is the number one. My certicard has the same font for the number one, as does yours in the first digit in your sequence number. If you have the fender tag, the SPD will be C07, which is also Dec. 7

Thanks for the help...my fender tag does say C07

If you check out the body codes, the ones might look like a capital I also. They do on my car, but it was built at the lynch rd. plant. This is assuming your body code has a one in it.
