Usually easiest to post the video on YouTube, then link to it here.

Your not sticking on the rears. Lower air pressure to start with. Others will chime in with more help.

I’m no pro but looks like you should loosen up the rebound in the front then go from there.

okay, would stiffen up the rear shocks and loosen the rebound in the front. are the slicks radial or bias also soft sidewalls or stiff. but if i saw it right the weight transfer needs to be moved to the rear.

Just wondering what springs and tire compound you are running and is that weight with you in the car at the line or just the car it's self?. Hoping to learn something also from some of the replies as i am also building a street/ strip 64' Polara.

Shock rebound is way too loose. Watch the video. It doesn't spin at the hit. It spins when both ends of the suspension top out. What shocks ? Where are the settings now? Count back from full tight and let us know. Meanwhile watchhere.

If I remember correctly Afco are 20 position in compression, 40 position in rebound. Lets start at the front. I would start closer to -10R and leave it at -5C. Try that first. Then lets see more video. It may even need tighter front rebound. My front Afcos used to got run at 0 to -2R. Then we had them revalved 50% tighter. Depending on track prep you can probably start tightening the rear rebound as well. Try the front first.

I spent almost all of last season trying to get hooked up too. I was running QA1 DA all the way around. They have 0 to 18 adjustment.

In the end what worked for me was:
                    Rear Shocks
18 Rebound. (As tight as they would go)
                    12 Compression
                    Front Shocks
                    7 Rebound
                    16 Compression (nearly full tight)

On my launches the rear would separate to full travel. The QA1's (out of the box) couldn't hold the rear end from throwing out. They needed special valving.
I was running low rebound on the front but once I tightened the front rebound up to 7, then things turned around quick and I grabbed a couple of 1.38's even. Lots of guys here on FBBO helped me through all that. Doug (DVW) was a big help to me and he'll get you there.
For me, it was all about finding the right shock combination. Adding front shock rebound helped settle the rear down long enough to get through the porpoising.

In the middle of it all I also ended up curling my rear spring perches and then things really got stupid. If you haven't got your perches boxed I would recommend you check them and get them boxed.

My combo was split mono's, cal tracs, sliders, DA shocks. Pretty much the same as you have.
                    Good luck!

I've talked with some shock tuners with shock testing equipment/dynos...and I've been told the QA1 shocks are all over the map. Just passing information on.
