New Dukes movie coming sorta.

Did anyone order this movie? I preordered an autographed copy. Received a email with a tracking number on Black Friday. The tracking number just says 'Label Created'.
I've sent three emails to the John Schneider sales site, and replied back multiple time to the customer service email that was sent to me.
No response.
I'm calling my credit card company on Monday.

I sent six, yes 6 emails to the following: Maven Entertainment, John Schneider Studios, the agent representing John Schneider in Nashville, Kendra Madison who is the customer service for John Schneider Studios, the email address that sent me the purchase notice, and a PayPal email.
No reply. Nada. Nothing. The tracking number they sent me showed 'label requested'.
Opened a PayPal dispute and asked for a full refund on Friday night.
The DVD was shipped overnight and arrived today. Just in time for Christmas.
Bo Duke has disappointed me.
