That has 2.325" rod journal written on the box, so are those for a 2.200" Chevy crank pin?

Correct!
It makes it a lot easier to find a crank as
most ones I find anymore are already 020 or 030
and need turning.
Also I build a lot of bracket engines that are 471 and
easy and cheap to do offset crank with that journal.
