new hemi blocks

I'm considering buying a new block to build a hemi.
the ones that I see available are the BMP, KB or callies

I'm thinking about the BMP aluminum block, for the ones that have one of those. Is there a lot of hidden machine work requirements to this block? or any other block?

Every one of those blocks will need a lot of work done by a shop that knows what they are doing. How big is your wallet on this project? My crystal ball projects 25-30k.
