Hello all,

Are there 'newer' model Chrysler or Plymouth models that were equipped with rack and pinion steering that can essentially bolt on to the b bodies? I saw in a video from The RamMan that the disc brake components from a 76 Duster can bolt on to my '68 Satellite. Just curious if there is an option like this for the suspension components.

I am not sure if this would be a good idea to do if it were possible.

The short answer is "NO", there are no "bolt-in" steering options. Certainly nothing utilizing factory parts. There are several aftermarket options open to you, though. How much do you want to spend?

Hello Patrick66,

Thanks for the response. I have another thread that I had submitted for suggestions on suspension and received some good feedback from the group. It looks like the prices range from 3k to 4k for a complete front end suspension upgrade. Does it just come down to how much I want to spend as far as quality goes?

Where are you at in OK? I was born and raised in Moore, right behind the High School. Family all still lives there.

Thanks again.

Regards,
BDubz
