I use Klein tools myself.....have heard of Knipex, and I hear they are pretty good - nice and sharp with good hardening.
Kleins are my goto for electrical work. They usually last many years.....unless you cut live cables (at least two at once) or lend them to a mate. I have lost most of mine due to other people and their inability to understand the value of tools.
Oh, and I will never again allow a Plumber to use my 30m (100 foot) flexible cable snake.
