No reverse gear

Hey guys need some help , I was parking my car today and I could select reverse at first then I moved foward again and to move over in spot then I could not select reverse at all, It's a A833 had a quick look under and all selectors look ok, they were bolted on tight etc, whats going on ???:sad1:

pull off the linkage and see if you can get it into rev by hand.that will tell you if it is linkage or in the trans.
