Well, I replaced all the gaskets on my Holley carb, and I started the car up after and it ran great. I tried to start the car yesterday and I’m getting no spark at all. Battery is new, around 7.5volts on the +coil when key on. Was around 11v on the ballast. Replaced with a new ignition ecu, coil pickup reads 0.396 which was also replaced and has ran with all the stuff minus the new ignition box. Not sure where to start , tried two coils both reading good while testing them. Is this a grounding issue?

You tested with the key in "run" what about "start" I've had that problem due to the bulkhead connection being corroded.
Test with another person or try a jumper wire to the ballast resistor and see how it behaves.

I got it fixed. The ecu ground point was not adequate. Thank you for the advice!
