The Pick-N-Pull yard On Sunrise BLVD in Rancho Cordova has THREE cars with front disc brakes! One white 1979 Cordoba, a 1989 Fifth Avenue and a white 87 Diplomat. I was there a half hour ago and all three cars still had the rotors and knuckles in place.
These knuckles are the basis for many cheap front disc conversions so go get them. They usually have a Labor day sale, 50% off but I suspect that they will be gone within a week so get to it!

I was there looking at Ford Explorer 8.8 axles and rear 10" drum brakes for a project and saw the three cars above. I took the tilt steering column from the Cordoba....A future swap for my 70 Charger!
Good luck!

Anyone take advantage of this?

this is probably gonna be a stupid question,
but i think you have the answers so im gonna ask anyways.
im looking at a 79 cordoba big block car, with a rebuilt 400 for 1500 bucks.
im planning on using the drivetrain in my 80 lebaron M-body.
( yes,im aware most lebarons arent even worth 1500 bucks  )

after seeing your post,
will the entire brake setup from the cordoba simply bolt onto the lebaron or?
because someone in passing mentioned that the brakes would be bigger? on the doba ?
and that i should upgrade them.

The brakes on the Cordoba fit fine, same with the M body Fifth Avenue/Diplomat cars.
