It appears to me it is a Satin finish, just as R Cranium said. It looks exactly
like the same NOS one I sold at Carlisle about 10 years ago.

I took a look at the one in my car and its shiny chrome. 3 spoke. 1967.
My 66 is a 2 spoke and really the one i would like to find nos.
