NOT MINE...Original owner...

It's nice but keep in mind if you want to sell it when you own it it's only going to be worth $15000 or so your not the org owner people pay up for this . As it sits $20-22 came to mind as you know there's stuff wrong bwith it they failed to metion to you. But if it was cherry I could see $25

That were working a deal is a sales man's tacktic to get you to come with a higher offer when he calls you back and says we're still working that deal . Cars not sold till it's sold they should atleasat speak with you !!! View attachment 701247

Or another thing to consider is that the seller is aware of this thread and is using it in his sales strategy.

Update: The seller has raised the price from $32,000 to $35,000 and doesn't respond to my emails. Something fishy there. Oh well, I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Is the seller Wantone70bad???? :rofl::rofl::rofl:

GLWS at that price

GLWS at that price
I am at a total loss as to why he would raise the price. If what he told me about a pending sale was true and it fell through, the last thing that he should do is raise the price. And I also find it odd that it's still for sale yet he ignores my emails. Oh well.

Screw em. I don't like dealing with people who do business like that. I especially don't like not having the decency to at least returning a call or in your case a E-mail, I mean how hard is it not to do that.

Holding steady at $35k. He should probably raise the price again before spring time weather arrives. :D

I looked at an EV2 400 2 barrel 72 driver a few years ago.

Decent but needed quarter patches and was missing a lot of parts under the hood.

Guy wanted $6500 which I thought was about 2K high.
(I paid 4K for my 54,000 mile no bondo 73 with working A/C six months later)

I offered 5K and he said-

"I'll just put a six pack on it...and then it will be a show car"

Sure enough a few months later it had a six pack and nothing else changed and was listed for 16K!

Whatever
