Not Your Usual '69 Charger Street Engine

Three of us from Inland Mopars Car Club took a little drive yesterday from SoCal to Phoenix, AZ, for the H.E.M.I. (High Energy Mopar Invitational) show. Saw some great cars but this '69 Charger caught my eye - especially with what was under the hood.
What d'ya think?
