had to upgrade from the Kershaw Chive folder. went with a Cold Steel Espada Large folder. now the Kershaw just seems too small; not sure why.

My older brother is a blacksmith and showed me years ago how to make a damascus knife. Welding layers of different grade steel together in the forge, shaping the blade then useing acid to bring out the layers. Beautiful effect.

My nephew won a custom built knife at an archery shoot. I sharpened it for him once. I is amazing how well it took an edge. I didnt want to give it back. The day I have a spare 400 bucks I will own one. Until then this is my knife I carry
