Off for paint.

Well the 71 Satellite is off for paint,Blue is the color,even the undercarriage is getting blue.As you can see a front end rebuild is in order.

Well made a little progress on the Satellite,got the front bumper brackets painted,cross member, and just now the transmission,and motor.

Thanks Brian, the 71 is going to be blue ext,white int,white strobe stripe,and blue undercarriage as well.For a 1 1/2 years is going to suffer with the 318,would like 340, or 383. new rims for sure don't know as yet but love chrome.The intior is mint,dont have to squat, front and rear bumpers are 2 years old mint.All ready has headers,full exhaust.
 
Ok boys this is wear I am at now.Since we got her back from paint,bin working on her every day for about 4 hours.Made great progress,except that I strip the threads wear the lower shock bolts on.Sure hope i can get my local machine shop to make new threads,my stupid hat was on,figured i would use my in pack

I did the same thing bolting up my Lowe link hangers on my 4 link, luckily I was able to press it out and use a stud out of my old front leaf shackles.
 
The interior went in ,lets say a bitch,after market parts are crap,but its almost done.After the int is done on to the front grill.Then it sits until after Christmas for front end rebuild.
