Not too often an original fender tag shows up that does NOT have an inspection stamp. That was LOT of coin for a U code bird regardless of how many owners it’s had. The flipper may end up taking some red in his books for this one. Just my .02.
 
Depending on the quality, and present condition of the restoration, and with the Value of the US $ today, I think it was a pretty good price for the buyer...

Edit: I looked closer at some of the pics, and it wasn't "Show" quality, so a more extensive look at it would be needed...
