great guide from Mobil 1 listing the zinc and phos levels in all their oils as of Feb 2016. The FS Porsche oils are interesting. Looks like they recommend 15w50 sn for flat tappet applications. The high mileage blends can be used.

Ask them. I have been out of the loop of tech knowledge for some time.
I continue to use 5w-20w. Narrow viscosity range means less additives and B/S. 100% synthetic.
Add their bypass filter and it's clean oil all the time that doesn't breakdown. I put over 300,000 miles in 13 yrs.on an engine with, MAYBE 5 oil and filter changes. Maybe less oil and filter changes. Can't remember.
engine was squeaky clean inside and out and ran like a top. Plugs never fouled, clean as a whistle.

Amsoil Z-Rod or Premium Protection? Never used Amsoil before.

I use the Signature 10-40 high zinc because the Zrod only available in 20-5 or 10-30.
