would I have to pull my motor to pull the oil pan on my 1966 poly?advice needed thanks

i doubt it. i've changed pans on big blocks by just dropping the center link.

You can most likely get away without pulling it. I swapped the crank in a 440/68 GTX by just dropping the center link and raising one side of the engine.
