Before painting a 1972 Road Runner/GTX center grille and headlight surrounds a factory color (medium driftwood metallic #39023?) I used a Krylon flat white plastic paint as a primer. Now that I completed a test fitting of the grille, I kind of like the flat white color (the honeycomb is painted body color: Bahama Yellow). Anyone else prefer the white over the silver?

White doesn't look bad but stick with silver.

Your car....do what YOU like. Any other white on the car?

Agree with the silver crowd. Your car your choice. I did some off beat things to my GTX as well. The thing about this one is you can change it any time you like. No harm no foul.
