426 Hemi heads with September and December 1968 casting dates complete. Chrome valve covers. Original intake with top modified. Rocker assemblies with aluminum stands, the rest appears to be original equipment. $2000 for heads, intake, and valve covers. $1500 for rockers. Located western Iowa.

not without some serious work on the head bolt attachment, you have to weld tubes in the block valley area for each inner head bolt
best to get a stage 5 if you need a hemi head on a wedge block

If that's a max wedge do not touch it
if a passenger car 426 then still relatively rare

wyrmrider is right. The top row of head bolts don't match up, then you will have to make such big notches on the top edge of the deck for push rod clearance that you are almost guaranteed to get into the water jackets, after that you will have to drill and tap external oil return lines into the back of the heads and run them down to the bottom of the block since that block won't have the necessary oil return passages for hemi heads. On top of all that don't screw up a wedge block. If you go hemi just buy an actual hemi block so it's all correct and be done with it. And yes I am right on Hwy 71.
