OT: Ram Window/Glass ?

Sorry for the off-topic question folks but at least, it is Mopar-related. I have a '98 Ram Quad Cab and broke the pop out window handle on the rear driver's door. I bought a new arm, pulled the panel, and replaced it but I still have the broken circular piece glued to the window. How do you remove that adhered piece without doing any damage? Is there something to spray on it to make the glue release? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

3M makes a release agent, but you could probably use CRC Brake Clean and get it off.
