I'm in the very south and Sollefteå is up in the north so can't help there, For the payment I say Paypal, the shipping you can ask him about to start an account here and they take care of it, https://www.jetcarrier.com/

Ship by "freight". May be slow but price is reasonable and insurance is available. DHL comes to mind.

Maybe with "mail" but not if shipped by a courier or freight.

I ‘m essentially in a foreign country (the arctic) , and buy and sell stuff all over the world. I can offer some advice.
PayPal. Only PayPal or cash. Foreign cheque’s are almost impossible to cash in the US, as are money orders. Banks can, will, and have reversed transactions on me, for no good reason. There are literally millions of scam cheque’s and money orders out there and banks are wary of this.
The post office is your friend here. Slow, but dependable. And cheap. Courier companies CAN be good but some charge outrageous brokerage fees to do the paperwork to get it across the border.
Insurance is a waste of money as you can never collect. I do get a small amount of insurance on every package because I think that they track it better, but I don’t know for sure. Which brings up my next point:
Get a signature on arrival. I believe that they track those packages better, in any case you know when it arrives.
Shipping is not predictable. I’ve had parcels take five months from California, one month to Sweden, and five DAYS from Lithuania. Freakin’ Lithuania.

Not entirely accurate, insurance disappears but tracking is BETTER.

But most importantly: THANK YOU for taking the time and effort to help out a fellow (foreign) MOPAR fan. Many are simply to selfish to do so. For many of us this is the only way that we can get parts that are impossible to source locally.

Box the item(s) so you can find out the exact shipping charges. Go to a Fed Ex, UPS or DHL location and get an exact ship cost. Some base level of insurance is included with these carriers and optional additional insurance is available.
Send the buyer your total and get paid using PayPal.
Nice part of using these carriers is that they deal with all customs. I know that certain countries have additional taxes/duties on automotive parts imported. You will need to fill out some customs paperwork available from those mentioned carriers. Make any taxes or duties the responsibility of the recipient on the paper work.

I am currently dealing with a member here in the Netherlands. Most of the quotes I received by the major shippers were and are quite to very high. Couple that with the Tax and Duty required from the buyer, and he balked at the cost. I found this site and worked up a quote. Insurance was included so it didn't need to have that as the Carrier and Courier would cover up to 200.00 US and the parts came in well below that. FedEx takes it fro my drop off point to the East Coast/N.J. and then sorted to a container shipped via air to Europe and then to him. He is happy and I am also with the results. Takes mybe 4 - 14 days but for the price and all both of us are pleased. Tracking it as we speak so that allows me to see its where a bouts. Give them a Look-See...:thumbsup::thumbsup::usflag::usflag::usflag:cr8crshr/Bill
