Hello, I do not post much and I hope that I am doing this correctly. I have here a reinforcement plate # 2901689 Group # 23-34-176. The parts book shows this as W series fast back 1969-70 which is usually Charger models. I have a 1968 Charger and this is not shown in the parts book nor can I find it on the car. Is this something for support due to the change in tail lamp design and where is it located? It is about 6 inches on one side and 4 3/4 inches on the other. Thanks for any help. Kocan

68 did not use it but 69 did.
It is also listed in the 1970-71 Chrysler parts catalog in the same place in the text at 23-24-176. Unfortunately, I have not found a corresponding diagram in the 1970-1971 parts catalog.
Thanks for the reply. I did not any further than the 1970 parts book. I still do not know where they go.
