Pay pal can hold your money as long as the like. Held 10k for over 6mths from me and associate! Small print in the agreement to join. And for no reason what so forever.

paypal now thinks they are Ebay. I sold some parts to a guy in germany, and since he sent it business, paypal put a hold on the payment until the guy received the part. I then called the guy in germany and said I will not send the part if that was the case. He promptly cancelled the payment and sent the cash as a gift. So If Someone wants a part from me and does not trust me, then don't buy the part.
also, my advise is never send Western union.
I recently sold a project car to a nice guy in Chicago, and he paid 900.00 for half down,,, he then went to western union to send the cash. They took his money, and put a hold on it. When I got to walmart to get the cash, they wanted to know what my job was, social #, how well did I know the guy, and was I a business.I told them to pound sand, and called the guy to tell him to get his money back and just send a check. They wouldn't even give him his money back for a day,and wanted to know how well did he know me, and was I money laundering.

even the buyer was pissed, and told them to pound sand as well.

Pay pay sent me an email to update my business account. I don’t have one just a personal account. When I go to their link it is all for business and doesn’t have anyway to log out of it. My credit card expired and they want a me to add a new 1. I have t done that as they have pissed me off a few times lately. Kim

Oh. I did recieve a update.. if your account is inactive for a period of time. They will charge you in Canada. A user fee of paypal, $20.00cdn. So you pay for not using or you pay by using. Or you can get out before its to late as of Sept 2021.

Sounds like a phishing scam to me, trying to get your password or credit card info.
