I had my cluster restored a few years ago by AutoInstruments and the results were amazing. The one thing I didn't do was the conversion for electronic ignition which I didn't have at the time and wasn't expecting to do. Of course I eventually converted to a Pertronix 3 ignitor and now my tach isn't connected because I read it wouldn't work without a "tach adapter".
What do I need to do to get it working again? I'd prefer to not take out my cluster again if possible...
Thoughts?

I've got a pertronix 3 in my Challenger & the tach works... I wouldn't say it's super accurate but I doubt it ever was...

Hey guys, I assume that you are talking about the IGNITOR III by Pertronix?
I got a complete Pertronix billet aluminum distributor setup for the 421 Tripower in my wife's 65 GTO, and it has the Ignitor III module in it. Really nice piece!

Drop an email to rt-eng.com
They will let you know if the pertronix will work with your tach or their tach module.
