Picture of area behind grill and headlights

I know the area behind the grill and headlights were painted black over exterior color . Does anyone have a picts or how far towards the inner fenders paint is applied .

The black-out is the original paint.

From the Assembly Manual. Have no idea why they posted upside down. Anyway...the blackout depends on the color of your car. Shaded x's show where it was applied. The factory used a product called Organesol, but i found that Low Gloss Black engine paint mimics it nicely.

The important part was blacking out what you can see through the grille . Anymore attention and wasted time to detail came straight out of the profits. So to answer the question; absolutely not.
