Having a major pilot bushing problem. A standard .094 outside diameter pilot bushing fits loose in my crankshaft, I can pull in in and out with it on my index finger. Best I can tell, the crank inside diameter is about .095-.096. I decided to order the roller bearing from Mancini that installs in the outer area. Still no luck. The Mancini bearing has a outside diameter of 1.81, my inside diameter is 1.84, so this bearing way too small. I have attached a picture of my crankshaft. Mancini and Brewer say HUH? WTF do I have going on?

Just have one made at a machine shop, something like that would take me about 15min to whip out.

Chrysler made different o.d. pilot bushings. I have to turn one down to fit every time I replace it because the one needed is no longer available.
