pinion angle

Hey guys need some advise on pinion angles I'm wondering if anyone has done this before and would know what degree pinion wedge to use .I've put a set of front leaf spring hangers with the 2 holes to lower the front of the leaf spring it's come down about an inch & a half from standard height it's a 727 with an 8 3/4 i see they sell `2.5 deg 3 deg & so on

Have you measured your transmission, driveshaft and differential angles to see how the 2 u-joint angles compare? I would do that before assuming you need wedges.

You need to invest in a digital angle finder. Harbor Freight tools sells a good one. Match your pinion angle to the transmission angle and your golden.
