Please Help

I am unable to send PM's or contact Joey via the "Contact Us" link without getting the following message, even after deleting messages from both my inbox and sent message folders.

"The following errors occurred with your submission
You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created."


Any suggestions?

Seems like you haven't deleted enough messages. Go to your inbox and it will tell you something like 60/50, meaning you have a capacity of 50 messages but somehow have 60. It won't let you send any messages until you're below that limit.

Yep, thas what happens to me, but it will show notification when attempting to send if full. My problem is the poto loader. Freezes into grey screen every time i hit the trigger.

You might also have to delete some of your your sent messages.

Go to your inbox - it's way down the bottom and looks like this...

That's what it was, thanks guys. I had deleted some from both boxes, just wasn't enough.:icon_salut:
