I believe anything with onboard Lithium batteries may not be allowed in flight luggage.
I really like the small compressor that I got like John's that connects with car battery terminal clips. Just order through Summit and have it drop shipped to the Hellcat location and then store in the trunk from now on. It comes with a really nice bag too. The brand is Viair. A little spendy, but it works great. They make a couple of different priced models. I have this one:Viair Corporation 30033 VIAIR 300P Portable Air Compressors | Summit Racing
by the way, what's with the "kid" rinsing off a soapy hellcat in a garage with the door closed. Where does the water run to? Looks like a mess in action. Is that your car?
I just got a slime compressor at Wally world. My antique one died and I needed one for the bicycle, since they don't know how to clean roads in Miami and I average a flat a week. It fits under the front seats in my Wrangler, 12v with a 10' cig lighter cord, digital, set a target psi and it'll shut itself off. I wanted the combo compressor to do the air mattress faster, but it wouldn't fit under the seat. This one was like $26. Works great (did the air mattress here at the campground tonight) and it's reasonably quiet.
While that detailer is rusting your car and corroding your rims... #1 Son has a nice battery powered compressor that looks like a drill he swears by...
