Hello, I have found a 74 Charger on Facebook Marketplace.
The guy is asking $3400 for it, I beleive it has a 383 in it but it's missing the heads, intake manifold, and all that. Just a block and rotating assembly.

The car doesn't look too bad from the pictures the worst rust spot is on the A pillar and I beleive in the description he said the floor pans have some rust (the wording is weird) I think the metal in the trunk has been replaced.

The car has no title unfortunately. If I can figure out the process of getting a title for it and make sure it's not stolen I'd like to get the car. Of course when I get title stuff and all that jazz figured out I'll go look the car over and decide on if I really want it or not. I would go look at it beforehand but it's an hour and a half away.

I'm 19 and I don't really have experience in anything to do with these cars or engines. My dad would be able to help me rebuild the engine and make it all reliable. It's not going to be a 1st car. I just want a project car I can learn how to do more things on and partially to keep me from doing mods to my perfectly good 2013 Challenger RT that I daily.

Any opinions or thoughts are welcome, and thank you for having me!

Welcome from Michigan the Motor City! 440'

Welcome from Nebraska.
That is a lot of cash for a car w no title. Big block car is a bonus though.

:welcome: from Connecticut.
If with the motor back together you can drive it I guess $3400 isn't too bad of a risk. It's a good platform to learn on if Mopars are your passion. Hopefully you have a place to keep it.
I've always regretting scrapping my 74 Road Runner that was my trainer for trying things out before I did something on my show car. Ran out of space and something had to go.

I agree that $3400 is high without a title. Hope it works out for you. I learned all my mechanical skills by wrenching on Mopars as a kid. Those skills have turned into a decent career for me

Welcome aboard, I think the price is a little high depending on the condition of the car. Share some pics and fender tag info, it could be neat when done. Just realize it’s a big commitment .

Welcome aboard Sir, from the middle of the mitten. Some states, like MI, it is not too bad to get a title for an older car. Then there are some states that is a royal pain. I have a car right now that needs a title but I am in no rush as the SOS office is by appointment only and I wont play that game unless I have to. That 383 motor is pretty common so it should not be too difficult to find parts for at a fair price if you shop around. As others have said, a little cheaper would be better. Two rolls of a hundred dollar bill rolled around 115 ten dollar bills all rubber banded together can make a powerful argument to someone who needs the money. The worst he/she can say is "No". Best of luck to you Sir!!
