The first thing that sticks out like dogs' balls is - What the hell is an old guy going into a Care Facility doing with a near new Bobcat??? Don't even start on the two motorbikes......it's a scam and smells like rotten fish.

If you find a good deal, usually you need to act quickly or it will be gone.
That fact tends to make this stuff inherently risky.

Some guys don’t need good deals, they can pay a premium, and take their time.

Found two good deals on just the kind of vehicle I was looking for on a vacant lot/ cars for sale place near my house. (Good gas mileage minivan, room for me, gf, and three gsd's. Coincidentally, both mopars)
Didn't jump on either immediately


Gone, next day. Oh well!
