Pot metal repair?

What is the best way to fix taillight pods that have the light socket hole messed up? the top pic shows what they should look like, bottom 2 are what i have to work with

If you have the broken pieces try JB Welding them in. I've done that for missing studs on 1/4 extensions. Good luck.
 
There is no good easy way. What are they off of? You might find replacement way cheaper than repairs. If looks are unimportant you could make patch es to bond or rivet to your housings.
 
Possible to epoxy a new section in such as a large washer that will accept the socket. Pot metal is not easy to repair.
 
These are 71/72 charger r/t taillight housings, honestly looks are not important to me as you will not see the back side, biggest thing is to keep water out
 
You could also cut the proper shape into a piece of sheet metal and epoxy that over the hole like someone above said about a washer
