Power steering pump cooler identification

I am in need of help identifying what these power steering coolers are for. I think the one might be a 68 or 69. Not sure what style of pump or what engine. Thanks

That's what I was seeing but the bracket is a little different and if I am reading what I think is the date code I think it is a 1968. I'm not sure though.
