Price around for sure. Around here, red iron was almost 3x as much as what I put in, not including a slab. Our neighbors put up a decent one that was pushing $100k when they were done.
 
As much as I would like to build a bigger one i am just going to go for the 24 x 25 or simular prefab kit. With correct bracing/ spacing for our snow loads.
We will do the concrete.
I will reside the Coronets 24x24 to match the new garage.
I hated to lose the 30x50 but it was on the property we sold.

This is mine bolt together and I like it,32w×40L×14h ran 18k ,buy garage doors and windows local its cheaper and used double bubble insulation. Don't use fiberglass it can absorb sweat water and loose r value and cost more. Bought in 2022 so prices are definitely different. Olympia steel building.

The ones I’ve seen are pretty thin gauge steel and screwed together.. I don’t have much faith in one... lawnmower storage ok maybe ... imo

I have a 30w x 26d Carolina Carport brand metal building.

It's been through several hurricanes.

Price out your concrete first, you might be shocked.

That's why mine is still a "pole barn".
Carolina carports is what I got. They are not cheap materials and you can customize them with windows doors insulation and heavy gauge steel. Delivery and installation is free. A 16x25 insulated with 5 windows and 2 garage doors, heavy gauge steel was around 12k. Concrete was $6k. Very pleased.
 
Make sure with a metal building that you insulate the roof. Water will condense on the bottom of the metal panels and it will rain in the building. We always insulated the buildings we had whether they were heated them or not.
 
At 30' wide, I can have two cars inside and open both doors on both cars at the same time.

26' deep allows several feet in front for tool boxes and work benches, plus enough in the rear to walk around.

I installed my own 10' rollup doors and saved 3.5K.
10' lets me turn while entering/exiting and also get my 46" riding mower into the middle without needing to move a car.

Some of the options I chose-

Extra gauged sheet metal
125 MPH vertical spacing
(basically 125 rated without the 125 package which was $500 for a paper)
Technically 110 rated
1' extra height (wish I'd have gotten 2- more)
Gable end walls
(I opted not to pay 2.5K for full end wall, and installed my own with $450 in Lowes matching metal)
I also installed my own metal clad "man door" I got from a mobile home store

Howdy Back in 2018 I had a 40*60*16 pole barn construction shop built with concrete and fill dirt to level, had a 2' drop on the back side, I installed the electric. The cost was 65k its insured for 185k as that's what it would cost today. I looked at kits but the cost wasn't much more to build from scratch. I got 5 bids and talked to Planning and Zoning about Contractors, that is important, concrete was 1/3 of the cost. The shop has 2 16' electric doors a 10' concrete apron and bubble wrap insulation. Two bits of advice make sure the contractor is Bonded, and if on wet ground make sure they ad stuff to concrete so it won't wick water.
 
Detached garage/workshop project, completed about 18mos ago. Steel kit, 36x24x12, manufactured by MD Barns Ontario CA, $22K. Hillside construction with separate retaining wall, complicated ($$$) by granite geology and need for Cat hydraulic hammers. Fire dept signoff on permit required overhead sprinklers, now mandatory for any structure over 500sf in San Diego county. Additional pad depth around lift area, with extra layer of rebar. 240v circuits for lift, welder, and compressor. Epoxy floor. 10ft electric door and 8ft manual door. Atlas 8K lift. Project, including 3000sf concrete driveway (replacing asphalt), came to about $200K. Concept, construction, and recent pix.

Judging by a couple of those photos, your area used to be a sea of green Avocado trees when I was a kid growing up in Fallbrook.
