I have for sale what I think is a 71 six pack dual point distributor 3435578 with the vacumn advance 3438539. There may be other applications that I'm not aware of. PM me here for more info or pics. Asking $750USD. Buyer pays shipping. I don't want to seperate these items. Also included are the NOS points and condensers as pictured.

According to my '70-'71 parts manuals you are correct...it is for a '71 440+6 installation both 4 speed and auto transmission. The number shown on the tag, 1BS-4019BS is correct BUT THE "S" equates to a Service Replacement distributor NOT with the engine came with. The Vacuum advance mechanism is part of the solenoid RETARD system which retards the innitial timing to approximately -5 degrees at hot idle for emission control.
