Problem contacting seller

I try to contact a seller and it will not let me. Says I've reached my limit of 15 conversations?

Try this. Click on one of your messages to read it. Then look across the top of the message it will say Sticky Star Mark unread Leave Unwatch

Just click on leave then do it with the others you don't need to make space..
