Proper Color for Lower Stone Shield

Restoring a '68 Roadrunner. Does the Front Bumper Lower Stone Shield get body color paint or black?

semi gloss(Dave Wise) or flat black(Frank Badalson)......if your talking about the gravel pan between the bumper and rad support
