So I put manual all disc brake conversion on. 15x4s in front and 15x10s in back. I'm wondering if I should put the proportioning valve on the front or rear? In my mind the fronts are going to lockup way before the rear. Opinions..........???????

Always on rear

I'm just asking because I don't see the rear tires locking up first, and that is the purpose of the valve correct?

Yes it regulates the rears so they don't lock up, the fronts use your foot.
If you had no proportioning valve the rears would lock up before the fronts, if you put the valve on the fronts the rears would lock up that much quicker.

The fronts have a hold off valve that holds off the front pressure long enough for the backs to engage, then the rears have the proportioning valve that sends a lower pressure to the rears.
