Pully Alignment: 69 GTX 440

Mopar experts: Test fitted my pulleys on my newly rebuilt, stock 440. The water pump to crank pulleys are out of alignment ~ 1/8" Attached are pics of the pulleys I have.

Does anyone have pics and dimensions of the correct pulleys for 1969 440 w/PS??

Did someone machine the mounting faces of your water pump?? Put the alternator on and see what is actually out of wack! Very easy to shim the water pump pulley forward.

Is the harmonic balancer fully seated?

That is a small block crank pulley. They are off by more than 1/8”. The water pump and alternator belt belongs on the rear groove of the crank pulley. The PS belt just uses the front groove.

a BB is pulley is 3 1/8” tall. Thanks for putting in the measurements of yours.
