PWB Cluster (Non-Rallye) Dash

Well as one project often splits into five when restoring old cars I found that my new solid state Voltage Leveler will not engage on one of the pins on the PWB. One of the contacts must be messed up and the only way to to fix it is to pull the cluster.

On a non Rallye dash does anyone know if I can pull the PWB cluster out from behind the dash or do I have to yank the freaken dash?

Looks like I found the factory assembly manual instructions on removal of the cluster 8-80 for the Belvedere. It actually doesn't look too hard to remove. I am thinking this would be the best way to go even if there was a way to try and get just the PWB out. This stuff is so old and brittle.
